Stop allowing newbies get free guns

Two newbies joined yesterday, one of them today. They became a cop in 2 minutes and then started going all over the server suspecting people for "flaming and rash driving" and then shooting them to death. The Community must not allow them guns [atleast] if they become a cop. There must be a system to regulate it . I lost around 5k guns, but leaving that aside, NEWBIES must not be allowed to get free guns. This is going on from the past few days.
Prevention of DM is better than cure.
After 2-3 reports went against them, an admin came and started to lecture him, but by seeing admin, they just /qed.

I have to admit that you are right, I myself got DMed by newbies on cop duty multiple times, even when I am just standing in front of the FBI HQ.
They should only get a silence pistol or such until they get a passport.

We do not need more rules or restrictions. Instead of writing this topic, you could have stepped up and helped the new players.

The fact that some people are saying 'do not moan, help them' is more annoying than those people.

How the hell do you help someone  who has no life and comes in the server, banevades and starts ruining the fun of others? You do not need new restrictions for those people, eh? The players have to face that bullcrap daily, it has to stop.

Why I never get deathmatched by the new players? It's pretty simple, if you don't know how to act with a "non-lifer" player or a new player of course you will see the worst things he can do to you but if you know how to treat him and act like him, he will do nothing to you, we don't need more rules..

Exactly. But this problem is wide spread. I once got abused by them one after the another within ten minutes. 3 abuses by them in 30 mins
