From my point of view.. restrict the weapons for newcomers to a Bat and a 9mm, that's it.
No fun when you are ingame and need to spec/babysit and ban Newcomers as the DM within 5 minutes all due to some youtube advertisements.

Pretty sure I still wouldn't be able to buy weapons after playing for almost a year now then :P There's lots of people that don't care about the money on Argonath, they still need weapons.

Therefore, I'd suggest to block their possibilities to go on SAPD duty, receiving weapons or being able to buy weapons for a certain of time or until they receive their passport.

These two ideas sound great for me and I support them. On the fact that it should be great that SAPD Officers can not use weapons until they receive their passport, this can also be limited to that they can only use melee weapons so that way, the will still gonna get the police nightstick. But still, new players always come and go straight to Ammu Nation to start deathmatches, therefore I would prefer to suggest that no one that does not have a passport could be able to buy nor obtain weapons, excluding melee as I previously said.

I had suggested it, back in RS4, Gandalf got involved and told this is not gonna happen cause, it's not heavy RP server and such.. But they were telling the same about The Police Test and it got added. So weapon license might be good.

I actually, think, the solution should be that extreme.. Like removing the weapons and license.. And you all that complain, I'm starting a project called ARES, if you really want to stop, New Player DMers apply. If you don't wanna help, then quit complaining.

I got abused more than 10time daily
First i was a mechanic driving saw a car in traffic stop approched and he asked a repair i repaired the car and got su for helping a su and got instantly killed while/gu
Second i was talking to a senior officer in a ts when another officer su me for interfeering in cop buisness
Third i got su for aiding suspect while i was driving near a cop who is in a pursuit to refuel and again got instantly killed while /gu
Forth my family was having a fight with swat in hq so i went to get my car and got su for aiding suspects and instantly killed while /gu (this happened 2times in a row)
And there is a lot of these things happeneing daily
The cops kills instantly for that 100$ without careing these cops should be stopeed or copbanned
I dont have that money to buy everything or to give a payday for 100 player
Each time i die i loose more than 2k

You can always /report them either IG or in the ARPD Forum. Take some action on your own.

I reported them but admins are too busy to take my reports in somecases cz of the big number of reports but when i see that an admin took my report he tells me "i talked to him and warned him" and thx for doing this but the problem is that he keeps doing it

How did you come up with that assumption ?

What if, when using /buyweapon, new players ( up to three days) need admon permission to continue with the purchase. Before permission to buy weapons is granted, an admin can ask questions on why the player wants to buy weapons and explain this is a RP server.
