Server's getting more and more players daily, with an usual base of about 30+. You are saying that he is one of the 'factors' of the player-base loss, yet all you do is moan about some stuff, probably didn't even notice your train is in-game.
Next time you try acting like a smart-ass. Think about the item you are you are going to post before you submit a post on a topic you probably know nothing about, because I think your posts are a waste of resources, as you would say it.

/disarm - people with braincells know that it's a roleplay server and that does not mean to murder players.

As for the cops, copban. If the player is here to DM and abuse citizens for fun pointing out the rules will not help. If they are copbannend they can easily get a gun at the ammunation.

So yeah, there are a lot of new players joining everyday, maybe 1 out of 10 knows how to play on a rp server.

People want to be able to play without having to hop out of game every ten minutes and spend another fifteen uploading screenshots and writing a detailed description. They're here to play and get away from the paperwork they have in school or work, not to do even more of it (Unless they are SAPD or FBI, ofcourse). Either the report system has to be simplified and much more convenient or this link has to stop being shoved down peoples throats as a comeback for a legitimate concern.

It's already pretty simple.
If you can't have time to report people that break the police regulations then I advice you to not complain about them.

Go make it simplified for them then if that's the case. Better yet ask CBF to simplify it as he's the one that set it up as it is.

You are on a role-play server, work is around rather often here, if you wanna go fuck around and 'escape' stuff, you could join servers with less restrictions, like Paruni or Stunt.
The report system is not hard at all and takes a max of 5 minutes if you just fill everything that's asked, if it is a server rulebreak, report to administration. Never had any issues with it.
