PC PROBLEM

The pc don't start.
The pc cannot start. You have been teleprted there because there was a hardware or software modification.
When i do start normally, the pc turn down and return to that page

What was the last thing you did before this happen (installed a program, downloaded a file, installed an update, etc?)

And what happens when you load it in "safe modus"?

I install some gta skins and mods.
More than a week, when i turn on pc load normally but when i press login, it crash, i try to press f10 to enter on provvisory mod, and delete all games, but dont work.
Now the pc is crashed or something...

Going to take a shot in the dark with this.
You may have deleted something you wasn't supposed to during deleting games.
Either that or you may be just stuck in that loop, I have had that before.
Have you tried a re-installation of your Operating System?
