Alright, let's start off with what happened prior to the ban. I was at the Avispa with Soprano and others awaiting the arrival of Corleone and their allies. The argument folded and blood was shed. The fight ended and then we relocated to queens, Gvardia corp to be exact. We had a fight with police, everyone followed server rules, the escapees left and I was one of two of the remaining suspects. Right before I died, I did /hail, thinking I would be seen and not shot to death due to it being an alternative way of /gu'ing. Instead, I was killed and right after spawn, I said "wtf, I hail'ed". That is all I said in main chat. I did not go on and flame the police, blame it on anyone, or start ranting about abuse. EvilEye then began provoking me, encouraging others to do so as well, which did occur. I confronted him about it, and he flat out told me he didn't give a toss about it in main chat.

Devin kept telling me it is due to my behavior but since my unban, I haven't caused any trouble. If I was a nuisance the day of my ban, I would like some evidence as I was hanging out with CBF and driving his tank around under his supervision and he can tell you that during the time with him, I did not cause any trouble. I don't understand why the administrators, not all of you, just a handful, are so quick to ban me. Specially with your own staff member rulebreaking himself. Yes, I did call him a little child in the email I sent about him provoking me, but is that any worse than him provoking me in main chat?

Not everyone who makes an unban request has to admit to their ban reason, considering someone might have an actual argument. But looking at my previous unban request, you won't even let me argue my ban. Funny how no mention of admin provoking me, but a mention about my so-called rant. You didn't do my unban any favors last time, all you did was start an argument. Seems as if you're here to do the same. If possible, may you let someone else conduct this ban.

Probably because an unban request is not made to judge admins, if you have problem with some of them feel free to fill up a report.

I'll just drop a note in here saying you used the RP method of giving up with almost no HP. I was spectating you for a while and you broke no rules, however I'm more than certain you used /hail rather than /gu in order to use it as a defense... simply another method for you to justify your delusional view on the current status. You had almost no HP and it wouldn't have been practical for anyone to have not killed you, especially a sniper who was already engaging you.

Also I standby what I said; I'm an administrator not a babysitter. I'll be the first to stand up against the existing cycle and defunct system. I also love to point out that I never singled you out in that entire conversation, the fact you feel it was entirely aimed at you only shows a guilty conscious.. and rightfully so.

You should also know how most of your group agreed in CB that you were in the wrong. How can you convince HQ you weren't, when your own friends don't?

So it wasn't directed at me, but I was the ONLY one who died trying to give up. So if it wasn't directed at only me, who was it directed to? I was the only one to speak about the incident at the time, no one said a word before me, so then who else were you referring to? Also, I did try to give up using /hail as I had a lot of valuable weapons on me and it would have been a waste dying. I can give up whenever I feel, there is no rule against when you can give up, but that is not the point. When I approached you about it, you told me you didn't give a shit. That's not a response someone gives when they're speaking to a multitude of people. Yes I was wrong calling you a child, but you're refusing to admit you provoked me? You know better than that.

What first class roleplay? We were returning from a shootout, suspected, then you officers appeared. We are not entitled to roleplay with you when you're shooting your guns at us. Me hailing wasn't an attempt at roleplaying, but an attempt in being jailed instead of being killed.

If you wanted to be jailed you would've typed /gu 3 characters versus /hail # (7). Obviously the shorter option is better considering it also provides you a temporary boost in health to prevent death by impossible circumstances (/hail with nearly no HP).

Then that would result in another break of rule, spamming /report, as there were about 10 police officers if not more at the scene. You just keep finding other arguments to put a screen over what you did.
