GTA IV start problem

I installed gta 4 for pc and so far so good , I turned it on and the main screen I pressed "Play " has appeared a loading screen with a jingle and below the images of the characters that followed each other and the game has not started , I tried to reinstall it several times by changing the compatibility with various components of windows and the problem resurfaced , however , I do not know what to do there is someone who can help me ?

What windows is your system working on?
Do you have a legal or illegal version of GTA IV? And which version?

I turned it on and the main screen I pressed "Play "

That means you are running it in single player mode.

Get the IVMP client here and install it in your GTA IV folder.  Then you click "LaunchIVMP.exe".

Next you click "Quick Connect" and type the IP address 46.105.234.126:9999 into the dialog box. 

That should pretty much do it.

I have bought GTA IV, but when i start the game, i can't see anything.
I see only a black screen and a mission that begin, and when i try to move the game freeze so much. Help me plz!

The problem is that your pc specs are very weak. Before you run the game go in settings and try to lower resolution and everything else. However with those specs you won't have a good experience with gta iv mainly because it needs a powerful CPU and also a good GPU.

Sounds like your Graphics Card. You may need to purchase a new one.

Try do not make double post , you can use the "Modify" button instead of write another post. Double posting is considered as flooding.

Yeah it can run on that, what about the video card? Is it missing or you forgot to check which is it?

How?

You can do it before starting the mission going in the settings or during it pausing with ESC and going into settings.
