Hello, so this is what happened, me and Flash logged, 10 minutes before this, I asked Flash to pick me up, which we did and we went to Verona Beach to pick another Vehicle.
Then I drove through Las Colinas area to East Beach to pick up a Buffalo, since it's the vehicle we like the most.

After we were driving from East LS to SF, so, as normal we'd be taking Pershing Square, I was driving fast when I saw that the road was blocked by police vehicles, at first I did not realize it was an RP situation, so instead of crashing I just went through the pavement to avoid crashing, after we passed the blockade without causing any disturb Dutchy just opened fire three times against us, damaging the vehicle and removing Flash's armor. (Yes, it was quite a good shot).

I kept going, until Flash said in /p something about getting DM'd.
That's when I noticed he got shot and went back to Dutchy in a normal attitude trying to make him realize we did not know what was happening there and asking if he would kindly pay Flash's loss.
His partner immidiately came at us with 'the attitude' but we kept directing ourselves to Dutchy. (I've reported the situation to the admins at this point)

Then EvilEye came, saying we had no business there and the shooting was totally justifiedand commanded us to leave. I asked then how is shooting civilians justified and he said we were suspects for driving through the blockade regardless of no /suspect.

So I asked if I could shoot back then, since it was personal defense. He clearly said no, and if I did /I would get back to where I belong/, which I have no idea what that means and I even asked, he then stopped replying for a solid 3/4 minutes. We thought he left. So me and Dutchy kept speaking, in a normal way, none of us was acting agressive and everything was chill, his partner told us if wanted to speak that we should properly park the vehicle, so we did. - As soon as we did both of us got banned for the reason stated on the title...

I don't know if this is personal or what, I did not want to provoke anyone, in my point of view both parties (me/flash/dutchy/&dutchy's partner) were calm.

You warned us once in /l, left and straightly banned us after 4 minutes when the cops themselves told us to park so we could figure out the situation. Themselves asked for it. We could have a chance to roleplay something. If I wanted to copbait, I would have shoot them instead of kindly going back to them, and use /report. And seriously 4 minutes after you don't warn/kick or anything, and when the cops wanted to speak you just straight ban?

I had not interacted directly but I've supervised plenty of incidents which clearly indicate everything I needed to confirm, on top of complaints from players.

You had plenty of time to comply with my directions. I had enough time to confirm with people in my Skype call, as well as alt-tab to TeamSpeak, move Rusty, explain to him what was going and confirm with him as well.

This is personal because I cannot tolerate this type of behavior ruining the quality of the server; I take it very personal. May not be personal against you, just the in-general... you're here to ruin the fun of others.

We, both of the sides, were getting into agreement, and that's why they told me to park.
Your directions was a one time 'he doesn't have to pay you, leave'. Then you stopped speaking for a solid four minutes, and when me and Dutchy were getting into something, you just blatantly banned me and Flash.

Regarding the other players, I cannot justify myself since I have no idea of who and what situations you're speaking of.
If it is regarding the PD, no idea what they were telling you, I've mainly drove in Flint and SF in order to get my driving skills back. If I was suspect more than 5 times over the 13 hours I've played it's too much. Two of them I ran to the county and lost suspect the other was with Janar himself and I surrended and we both Roleplay it. So I doubt the complains are from the PD.

The only other option is Savastos. And I clearly tried to RP with them. I had a chance to kill Yuri and I prefered to RP with him (I'm sure he will confirm) I didn't even shoot him so he wouldn't lose part ofhis armor (and there's a PM about that to him). Same applies to Roberto Corleone.
Now if I'm playing with my Soprano and Gvardia friends and they're going to kidnap and I end up shooting, since the other party also shoots, it's not my fault it ends like that. We primarily intend to kidnap someone, but it ends the same way.
So the reports you might be getting can be distorced just because I said in /p, to Boris, I plan to get my HQ back. By my, I mean Stracci's. And that might create tension between us. But nothing regarding the server or its players.

So I have no idea what kind of reports you've been getting.

Instructions were pretty clear, but to be honest, through all that spam I missed it until I scrolled up to check something Dutchy said, then yes I saw them, but it seemed like you left, since you were not speaking; and us and the cops were getting a long, since we were all calm, the situation was under control and we were normally speaking, as said, I thought you just left and allowed us to find a solution for the problem. There was no provoking from any of us, at all. And after like 5 minutes we just get banned.

As I said, the situation was not under control until me and Dutchy spoke, I reported for Deathmatch because we did not know the reason behind him casually shooting him, not to help  us getting the amour paid or because there was any insults. I reported for Deathmatch not for getting provoked. He then explained the situation and why he shot me. So the deathmatch report was already forgotten, as I said, I reported for Deathmatch nothing else.

We were making progress, infact, we were getting somewhere, both of us.

You explained the situation, indeed, but as I said, I did not see it until I scrolled up to read something else, and about that time you were already quiet, not a single sentence, so I assumed you left to allow us to figure it out, and that's what we were doing.

Flash then told me to leave, and I was about to.
Yet, the other officer said to park so we could speak as I did, complained with them, yet you apparently missed that and decided to ban, which is fine, I do understand you were not paying attention to the whole chat or the whole situation and thought I just parked to provoke them, which was not the case as you can see in the following logs.

I am creating situational Roleplay. If they open fire its normal I will fight back. I never forced them to sell it.

But lets be straight here,
They're a criminal group, such as Stracci/Gvardia/Corleone/Soprano, not really an unprotected and oblivious tea-party group. So as said, they're a criminal group, and they took over an Headquarters from a group that has been around for years and plans to stay for years to come as well, a group that has existed since both you and me even knew about this server, so I'm just trying to get what is righteously ours.

If I do everything by the rules, as it has been done so far (note that as mentioned if they open fire it's my own right, specially as a criminal to fight back), I should be allowed to get back my family Headquarters, a family that I'm Underboss of, along with Flash. Now, if they can't stand the situational Roleplay that this whole thing created, they shouldn't really be a Criminal Group, now, do they?

We all have that pressure on our shoulders for being criminals, every single group out there has pressure on their back; its what you accept when you become a criminal group, no one forced you to. So you involving yourself by 'taking away that pressure' from them, and having the rest of the groups still live with the same pressure 24/7, will only end up in you favoring them. Cause if you take off the pressure from them, and the pressure is still on other groups, they'll just have an advantage that they'll use.

So, basically what I mean is, if I'm doing what I'm doing, by following the rules, you shouldn't really stop me from trying to get my Headquarters back. I'm not asking for Management favouritism to get the HQ removed from them and handed to me, I'm fighting for it as I can, by committing criminal acts.

I think it's my right both as a criminal and as a player.

And they do have the same rights as I do, defend their HQ, not in a just blank shootout, but negotiations, meetings, there's so many ways to Roleplay this. Because if you're conditioning the decision on my unban request based on IG Roleplay situations, you're already favouring them over my group. As criminals they should defend what's currently theirs from the group that wants back what has been theirs for years.
