I would hope that HQ members are fair to every player rather equally, all we can do is try and improve on past mistakes and keep looking forward.
HQ members may have reservations about certain people that like to stand in the spotlight and that's nothing unusual;
When decisions are made they should always be made with a clean canvas and ignore past mishaps. If you feel there are some discrepancies from HQ members feel free to report the problem directly to the Division Leaders of the said servers.
