Greetings Devin, this is only a slight misunderstanding, there is noany scam related with me, I just didn't had the time or space so I could explain to the others what's going on, I didn't know that this would happen to me. When I sold the property I was planning to return the money right away next day to everyone, but that morning something happened to me that I cannot
explain or tell you here (I will explain you through PM). Yair knows the situation better, he knows everything that happened with me.
I was inactive a couple of weeks, and I gave the account to my brother and I told him to not do anything on it (He has only 13 years)
Yair was informed by Fice that I will be inactive because of the RL problems, and in the meanwhile my brother will be playing on my account for a little while, and when I will come back that I will return the money back to everyone. Yair also knows, the truth is that we were collecting money for properties and the deal was that if Savastano collapses or gets closed to return the money back to the players who gave away money for the same properties. And it's correct that they gave me money for the properties and I was planning to give the money back to them.
It's not correct that I've deleted everyone from skype or any other internet connection, I just deactivated everything because of the problems that I have.
I have big problems with the law and that thing mixed up everything that's happening. Again I will repeat that I feel sorry for not having enough time to explain
to everyone what was happening with me IRL, only Yair knew that situation that I am finding myself in this moment. I understand my mistake and I am telling the truth what actually happened, and Yair can confirm it. I will ask you to give me another chance so I can be unbanned and to be back with my friends on sa-mp.
I will ask you if there is a possibility to unban me as quickly as possible so I can give back the money to my friends which I owe, because same thing may happen soon and I will be inactive again I guess. I'm very sorry that this came out like a scam which isn't, I got the money and I will give back to everyone, that's not a problem.
And I will ask you Devin to take a look in your PM so I can explain you more detailed what happened with me.
One more request towards Yair, I will ask him to explain to everyone else for this situation that came out, so they could know what happened and to not think that I am a scammer or something similar to it, so this could not brake our friendship. I am an old player of Argonath, and I know very well that if someone scams anyone he will be revealed in the same moment. I'm here from 2010 and I know  the rules and policies of the server very well, and there's no reason so I can scam or lie to anyone.

As I said above, it wasn't a scam it was just a slight misunderstanding between the group people. If Devin spoke with Yair about my case I think he should be informed about it, also I sent him a message via pm with full details.
Nobody was involved in the "scam", I just cleared my part with Fice which I was owing to him and currently I'm waiting for unban so I can give back the money to Yair, Boris and Rufus (I have the money on my acount).

Hope to be unbanned soon so I can be back with my friends again.

So you're claiming you never scammed anyone, then I am told by the people whose money you took that you did scam them and ran away with their hard earned money.

First of all thank you for your time that you have separated to reply on my unban request and I'm sorry that I didn't replied right away because I have some connection issues. However like I mentioned before I don't see any need from my side so I could lie to you, I didn't scammed anyone because If I wanted to do that earlier I was not going to wait for Savastano to get closed I could take the money right away. Yair was also giving me money before and I haven't scammed him not a single time, and Rufus also knows that when he ran out of money I was the one who was giving him so he could have for weapons and everything else. I've been giving money for the properties aswell and I never found any problem so we could do some team-work together.However, I was also working 24/7 so we could buy everything that we wanted to while we were in Savastano and everyone can confirm that I am between the first guys in Savastano who were working all the time, and we were giving our best so we could afford everything that we planned then.
-If you have some available time, please check your PM (I sent it long time ago)detailed and you will get to know what's the problem and the issue that I am facing. I haven't deleted anyone from Skype I just don't have any permissions from the country so I could use one, I can't even be on facebook or any other social network because of the issues that I am facing at the moment. It's not up to me.. If I wanted to scam, I could've scammed them way more ealier but that was not my personality and my goal also I've never scammed anyone. Therefore what is up to me I can only say I am very sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope that you will realise that this is not about scam, and I hope that Yair will confirm everything what I said so I can be unbanned and be back in-game with my friends.
