Scamming on legal deals has always been a rulebreak, even in RS4 people were banned for it. What makes you so special that you are "innocent"?

No i'm not Dr Phil im just saying that this is not the scam that is bannable , they could sue me and still get the money back or even double it as you said in previous posts. And it would be my problem. I "scammed" a Roleplay company not an invidividual  player, so i should get sued and get punished by roleplay not like this.
