according to your unban request you are NOT banned from the server anymore (Click me).
If you still have problems i suggest to send a message to a manager @James Conway , for example.

If you have a 'cracked' version with a 'Cracked Serial' This Serial has been banned, you are unable to play untill you get a legit copy.

erm it's the server saying that he is banned , but as i said contact a manager @mero4real , you have been unbanned recently

No, every player who joins our servers gets a unique ID, we call it a serial.
