Hello.
Im going to be off for 2 month for IRL jail.
And when ill be in jail it could be more then that.
I talked with Dellstorm and he told me after 3 month my house/bizz will be taken.
And i wont quit the game.i will be cannot playing.
And i dont want lost my proprties.ive got 4.
What can i do?

Nothing we can do about it, it is an automated system that does this, this is so people that'll go inactive ( for whatever reason) don't hold properties that other people might also want.

Account sharing is not allowed.

A thing that might work is get one of your friends enter your property now and then. (I am not sure if this works though)

If you wanna save your property, logging into the server is not enough, you are supposed to enter your properties too.

Your own vehicles and your group vehicles are safe, they wont get removed because of inactivity. (If you bought the group vehicles it's fine, 'cause if you lose official/recognized status for your group you will lose (some of) your group vehicles which are sponsored by HQ)

About the legal deals, yes if you both agree on a legal deal about your property (I suggest you to take some screen shots, just in case), your friend is forced to give back your properties as soon as you ask him to do so, because scamming on legal deals (regarding vehicles and properties only) is bannable.

He'll get banned yes, not sure how HQ handle these kind of cases but as far as I know they will give you the property or money, but do not expect them to give you the money/property immediately, it'll need at least some days to check what exactly happened.

Give the property to a trusted friend while you are gone. When you return he give you back. Otherwise you can draw a contract for it
