Hello here is my idea,
As far as i know Medic job is basicly pointless so how can we improve it in a simple way?
food should be way more expensive + You can only eat once in 2 hours
Then people would have a reason to use a /medic job to heal the rest of their hp
And also the `Weed` should be the same thing , when you smoke it you have to wait 2 hours so you can buy food or smoke again. And that weed can 50% Damage your Health or Heal you Just to make it balanced.
When you used /smoke you can`t use food for healing only The medic can heal the rest of the health.
And That you cant /send money to a person after you healed him , in case of abuse.
If the person is Very low HP and wants to be healed by a Medic then, Medic should take him to hospital and /fullheal
My Opinion is that its more realistic and the medic job would be more used.

Another Idea
This idea is when you die, you will be freezed and there will be a dispatch for medics that you are dying they have 3 minutes to come and Revive you.
or else you will die , this may be a problem for Events but admin should have a switch on or off.
