Only the two gang house interiors are small and for houses.

#158 one is 55k at the appartment block... I can get one with proper furnitures, rooms, kitchen and bathroom for only 20k lol

You sure about that? Because #159 one is 43k and it's much bigger than #158...

High-End Apartment #1 - ID:165 (Price: $105,000)
High-End Apartment #2 - ID:166 (Price: $115,000)

Ask a property admin or member of HQ if you wish to view these interiors on your property.  Both Apartment interiors are for medium sized houses only.

I think it makes the interior look a bit better.  Throw up more gang related interiors soon as possible and a few classy one's for the crime syndicates.

Idlewood Crack Houses have been replaced by a actual apartment complex.  The stores north of the Pizza Stack on the opposite side of the road have been replaced by houses, these will be available once the server has restarted.

Does anyone have any business type of interiors they'd like to see?  Since I've put up quite a few houses, I'll be working on businesses for a little while so let me know what you want.
