New help chat, ad colours and car spawn fixture

Hello, hello. There should be a specially designed help chat espescially made for guys who have to ask questions, at which everyone can answer. This would be useful, as players and admins would answer to it, but, wouldn't affect the public chat log. Just like in SAMP. And, of course, I would like in a future for some commands, like some [] with colour codes, like text or [yellow]text[/yellow], abreviation in 3 letters to colours, so ads would be more interesting, just like in SAMP. And, I had seen that in previous versions, you could spawn near the vehicle you crashed in. Two days ago, when you spawned, the vehicle you were in could crush and kill you. Now, the vehicle doesn't spawn with you at all, and that's a problem, which affected a very important cop negotiation the other days.

P.S: I'm sorry for telling Nicole to tell the admins my ideas, I didn't know that was offensive to her. I didn't mean her to be like a personal pigeon or something. I just wanted some respect from the admins, I thought that they would say at least for once: "AWESOME idea!", or at least say it's good, not only say in the worst way possible: "THIS idea is bad!". And I think people know what I mean. Happened to me at cop denials, too. In such an ugly manner the Chief denied, and, by coincidence or not, it was when I was typing a report, all the time. Well, when Gabi got withdrawn, before my first application, the explication was very polite. Is he a hater to some people, like all the members from _z3im and some other guys, and others are his favourites? What is that, comunism? And I don't think only because of the fact skysoul, who doesn't play IVMP(because he doesn't have time for it), was the boss of the weakest criminal family(z3im, a common name in Egypt), which wasn't almost a criminal family at all, was more of an RP business family, is hated, why members who are totally different than him must be judged? I don't even like IVMP! I just thought that people in the rest of the world are different, with new ideas. _{But, they are all the same...................}

Your topic was about adding the SA:MP chat functions to IV:MP, then you went to talk of how the administrators are not nice because they don't say your suggestions are awesome; And even then, you start talking about how the Chief of Police is not nice either because you got denied and it seems to be some sort of favoritism from him. After all of that we get to realize that you went off topic all by yourself... on the first post...

Dude, no hate, but you always been weird. You went from a suggestion to a complaint against admins and LCPD.
There are other ways to do that, this board is meant ONLY for idea & suggestions.

First, what you've suggested is not really needed. The players and especially newcomers won't use this chat at all, because they are new, and they cannot know everything. However, it may be useful sometimes. You'd know then who is asking and who is just chatting in main chat.
About advertismnet's color, It is not needed. It is good as It is, however, if this is going to be added.. I would say that every color from the advertisement should cost 200$. Like that, no one will use colors too much, they'd think before using it.

Second, this is a Suggestions center. You should not complain about others here. I'm not going to say anything.. just please stay in topic, and don't go off it.
