Cooperation idea

So, I have seen that in IVMP, people tend to not respect each other, don't share cop reward money equally and argue like all time. That's a sign of missing cooperation and trust. And I think it's because players and admins think they know each other and shouldn't trust someone or more people seriously, so, do they actually, really know each other? I think that RP cooperation exercises would be a great way to bond a trust string and make players respect the others more.

P.S: This is a serious subject, so treat it seriously. And, if you say "RP it", I really can't, because nobody listens to me and because Idk where to start from. Thank you for reading.

Added: If someone is willing to roleplay he will roleplay no need scripts for it , it will make it only more complicated for new players and others.

Why did anyone vote for the ice cream and not equally sharing option? That is why I made this poll, to make people aware of the fact that people do not want to cooperate. Ok, the forced RP sounds like a bad idea said loudly, but, we have to admit a police car is not like ice cream.

If someone want`s to rp he will if not he won`t care. I know what you mean but still that depends on players if they are in mood to rp or not.
