RS5 Team Changes

Whilst those three have left the development team and administration team there will not be stagnant period with regards to the script development.
Please do not believe everything you read, we are here to assist the players. False accusations do more harm in the long run.

A new team has been put together with motivated and willing scripters that comprises of the following:

Lead Scripter: Teddy
Scripters: CBFasi, Chase, Mikro

Whilst Gimli was head honcho of Script team, since RS5's release there has been little to no updates.
We need not politicians.
Just scripters who are committed.

This is outside of my control now. It is only a matter of time before the database password is changed (if it hasn't been already), hence access to the panel would have been cut off anyway. 

Fixing /help shouldn't be too hard, shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to implement reading it straight from the DB. For someone competent anyway.

Dear members of the community,

It is with great sadness that I announce the resignation of the core development team of RS5 (Conroy, Zaila, and myself). This is due to multiple conflicts within the last year with HQ, namely Devin, Cyril, and Teddy. You probably noticed that most of us have been barely active the last few months, and this is partially due to being severely demotivated by poor leadership skills displayed by the aforementioned individuals

As much as we loved our roles and the community, we refuse to work with the trio and have chosen to leave. Imagine yourself happily working somewhere with a great team, and someone you once considered a friend joined the team. Before you knew it, as soon as they got the power, their ego became the size of Jupiter (largest planet, in case you didn't know...) and started doing whatever their little heart desired all by themselves instead of acting like a team member, and there was barely anything you could do. You wouldn't be happy, to say the least.

A few days ago, I initiated a private vote in a conversation between Gandalf, Aragorn, Sauron, CBFasi, and Boromir to remove Devin from SA:MP leadership. Derek, a webmaster and close friend of Devin, someone saw the contents of the message (abusing database access much?), and he decided that he didn't like the vote (and probably still annoyed that he was removed from the RS5 scripting team due to technical incompetence), so he went ahead and removed my rank, even though he had no authority to, knowing that Gandalf is conveniently away. Gandalf had been contacted but is still away thus I do not know if he had the right to.

While I personally believe the trio have killed the further development of RS5, I look forward to being proven wrong. I sincerely hope they get their act together. The level of arrogance displayed by them (mainly Devin) at the moment is at an all time high. Please, for the love of Sauron, become more professional (aka don't call players "fucking faggot" in unban requests), yet friendlier at the same time.
