Just to answer you, like i explained you years ago.

You've built a station in the middle of an airport. And because of that i'm not allowed to drive a plane (made up rule?)
While i was flying around the airport there was just one cop who was AFK and you with a red name (invisible on the map, not on duty). Copbait ?

Let's start off by saying we as HQ are rather disappointed by your behavior today. Whilst we knew you still had some issues you managed to put your foot in your mouth in the other topic.

We had opened a vote to allow you back, the majority of HQ members had even said let you back. We were merely waiting a few hours before allowing you back but you managed to shoot your chances out of the sky like a clay pigeon at a shooting range.

Some people just refuse to listen to those trying to guide them in the right direction. I would have hoped after all of the previous bans you would see your way of behaving does not work. Unfortunately for the group you created that was not the case. They're left with someone else leading them as you refuse to follow the rules in-game. Refuse to obey staff members and simply refuse to show any sign of respect towards the server and community.

You're free to run around acting like you are some sort of saint and almighty person whilst you fail to adhere to our rules within Argonath.
Your lack of respect for other players and staff members, even your previous bans led the vote to unban you to be classed as void. You will not be getting an unban and this is all your own doing.

We honestly wanted to give you another chance against our better judgement but you pushed our hand and this is the consequences.

However you have shown that there are still problems and do we take that risk again just to see you banned again, or do we decided not worth the hassle and leave you banned.
Its YOUR opportunity to prove to us that you improved and are not like the same person who has a pretty bad attitude against authority and wants to only do things for themselves even if against rules that are present, which of course makes it less likely for your return if it stays as you are indicating.

What's wrong with answering to people who are insulting me and my family the same way they confronted me without any cause. Did you maybe criticized them the same way ?
A player whos a biker in game, rping in a pub with two more bikers, contributing that way to the community finds himself qualified to provoke me and Luciano Family, a family through which hundreds of players passed (praised by Gandalf), a family that gave great players, some of who are now leaders of biggest groups and part of A-team is just sad.
Judging my in game capabilities is just funny. I won so many events that he can't even imagine, that shows my gaming skills. My leading and organizing capabilities are proven many times. In many roleplays with so many players that he can't even imagine drinking a beer in front of his bar.

Risk of what ? I've never done anything mayor.
For myself ? I've trained many players, shared my millions with others so they can have fun. I just don't let others to shit on me and my family.

There was no rule regarding my last ban, it's just claimed to be used for DM. While the truth is that it was made for fun (knowing the situation i purposely put mafia roleplay on the side and focused on interior design, creating some great work). Even if you want to stick to it, you have no proofs of that, cause the bridge was never used by anyone for anything. It was just built, everyone were amazed and future roleplays were to follow. But none of this happened because it was removed before and i ended up banned.

I'm interested to know. Would you ban me today for the same thing you did before, or you were just super protective towards your new place ?

As you said it yourself, a game is where we play and this is forum. We exchange opinions and discuss here. I see , that you all found a reason not to unban me because i, as every other normal person, answer on provocations and seek for answers.

It means more to me that i have exchanged opinions with Murt and CBFasi on my past experience than an unban. And big respect to them that they have been honest to a point, direct, especially to Murt. Also, thank you if you voted for me, even tho it won't mean a lot.

To go back to you Devin. You're still avoiding argumentative conversation, but i appreciate that you have changed your behavior towards players on the forum. I congratulate a guy that positively influenced on you. I assume it's CBFasi or Teddy.

Over years spent here i have came across so many injustice, but in the same time i have stayed enough to write history. Maybe it sounds arrogant and egoistic to you, but it's true. Also i know that anyone who played with me will forever remember our friendship and me.

Things can be viewed from different perspectives. I responsibly claim that i have never comitted any bigger or mayor rulebreak and that i'm a man of a word. And to repeat myself, the fact that im protecting my attitude is part of my personality. I defend myself and my friends and i don't see a reason to mix ingame with forums. If you don't like me being egoistic and protective about my attitudes then i should be punished on forum, not permamently banned in game.
