Can you be the best Yakuza Racer and Win the most prizes?

The Yakuza Racers is a group that make racing tournaments.
To Join the racing event, all you need is to join the CB Radio number that the Host decided, and all the information is there.
Sometime you'll need to get your own car, and sometime you will use the Group Cars.
To join the race you will pay little amount of cash that the Host will decide. (0-1,000$) and you can pay more to be the first on the starting line. (For example: The Host chose that the game will cost 200$ and Racer1 chose to pay 250$, So He will be the first on the starting line and all the other racers will be chosen randomly.
After that, Racer2 paid 300$ so he will be the first and Racer1 will be the second, etc.)
after the first place on the starting line bidding finish, people can come and gamble, on who gonna win.(For example: Gambler1 and Gambler2 paid 100$ on Racer1 and Gambler3 paid 100$ on Racer2, If Racer1 Win Gambler1 and Gambler2 will get 150$ each [100*3/2], and if Racer2 wins, Gambler3 will get all of the 300$.
For the gambling to be balanced, No one will know who you paid on. (you'll need to /pm the Host).
After the Race start, You'll have to go to somewhere on the map, the host will give you the rules (the rules change sometimes, For Example: The Host decide that you have to use Bullet to race, and have to go through Bayside Marina,and then go to LV and then the finish line is at Pcean Docks LS.) If someone Cheat and cut the way off, He won't get any prize and he won't get hes money back (cheating).
We will have Judges and Helpers in all of the spots, If the race start at Angel Pine -> Bayside Marina -> LV -> LS.
We will have Helpers / Judges in Bayside Marina in LV and in LS.
So no one can cheat.
If you finish first, You will get the prize that the host decided to give. (He have to give double of the minimum money you give to join, if the minimum is 500$ the prize will be 1k minimum prize, If the minimum is 500$ and you paid more to be the first on the starting line, The host don't have to make the prize bigger.
If you don't trust us, If we don't give you the prize and you have won the race without any cheating, you can report the Host for Scaming you and if the report is true the Host will get kicked from the group or un-ranked, and you will get the prize.
