/frisk for cops

The idea is simple, if you a near a player and your a cop, you type /frisk and it checks if the player is carrying anything illeagal such as weed or heroin.

Yeah I agree, It would help cops out heaps also, and Crims can stash their drugs at a hotel anyways..

Also you should be able to find and type of Weapons that they have on them..

P1: Look into his van! It's full of it!

Would be nice to check... I had no evidence, so no suspect, i tried an investiagtion, but ran...

Something to add, If a criminal collects drugs they can stash them in their bizz/house thus when cops /frisk you, you will be clean.

As I said in another post, a frisk would be useful ... but ... there are 2 or 3 things that I must add :
-ARPD only, so people won't get abused in their rights
-Use only if you have a wise doubt
-If there was a ''dealing'' or a ''give'' animation, then, both could be used to bring in a decent evidence

I don't know Geoffrey, this is only an idea shouted like this, but I think that since they are cadet .... But at the same time, give them a few responsabilities could be nice .... I think that I'm not the best person to give a clear opinion on that question, but maybe that only agents and higher could have this right ... Because it would be annoying  for civilans to be frisked all the time without decent reason ... And cadets aren't usualy there to make drug bust and so on ... They check for minor offences usualy, no ?

I totally agree with Jaaskaa, It would be nice yes if theres command for cops that they can search the criminal for illegal stuff if they have proper reason for that.

ARPD cadets are members of ARPD that only have access to the cadet skin, if that's what you mean by "the normal skins you get at a PD". However, as that is a skin anyone can use, not all cadets are ARPD cadets.

In fact ... so this may cause abuse .... Gandalf will probably look at this topic and think that we are crazy ... :p ... but I guess that frisk should be limited ... Just to make sure that it is not abused by everyone for no reason... And yeah, cadets would so earn alot more of privilege when they become arpd agents and so, they should be encouraged to work harder for this ...

Agent? What kind of rank is that? Are you talking about F.B.I. Agent?

I think that AT LEAST officer rank needs this command...

My main problem is that I don't think it is good that a cadet has to call for a higher rank cop just to have a player frisked. I see that you want to do this to prevent abuse but is not always enough cops and even when there are cops online, they can be busy or too far away. What will happen if a player is suspected of having drugs but the cadet cannot check because there is no officer or are all busy?

You can't control the world at 100% ... If the cadet have a serious doubt, he can report the situation to his local FBI service. If there's no one online, he can still use the old method, or, if the animation is included, take screenshots of the anim and of the people smoking ...

 Well, I mean police officer, at least, you know, someone who has graduated from police academy ... Or if ARPD make a ''special'' arpd cadet class... Dunno
