Running GTA IV!

Hello,

I want to know, where is the problem that my PC can't run GTA4 properly? I already tried to see if "I can run it" in the webpage, and I can. This is the problem: 1-When I play it(#try1) sometimes it run perffectly(no freezing, lag) but after 2-3 min the screen continue rotating randomly, I need to relog. And when I relog, my game keep freezing(not lagging) and my screen don't start to rotating anymore. What's the problem, anyone know?
