AMD A10-7700K APU quad core 3.8ghz
ASUS® A58B-E FM2+
8GB Kingston DDR3 1600MHz
AMD Radeon HD 8000 / R7
500GB HDD
Corsair 350W VS Series VS-350

This in total would cost me £299/€413/$470 which is perfect financially.

Here is what I searched on youtube with the specs so it does the job

If its a APU you are getting, and you are also getting a GPU it wont workout, unless you disable the GPU on the CPU via BIOS.  ;)

I believe they have the ability to work together?

There is no need to turn off the GPU of the APU. If you do not hook up the display to the motherboard, it will not be used and the discrete card (HD 8000 / R7 in this case) will do the work just fine.

I believe you could get some better setup by going for different chipset/CPU socket (tl;dr different motherboard) and another CPU. Depending on the prices, you might be able to get second-hand good motherboard and even i5.

I could squeeze in funds to get the

AMD A10-7850K Quad Core APU (4.0ghz) and the ASUS A88XM-PLUS (M-ATX, DDR3, USB 3.0, 6Gb/s)

Well since there is already topic i want to ask about my build that i collected up and what you think.

Bottom: GB B85-HD3 /1150 - b85
Processor: XEON E3-1231V3/QUAD/3.4/8M/B0X.
RAM: 2X8G DDR3 1600 ADATA - 1600 MHz + 16GB RAM
SSD: SSD Samsung 850 EVO Series 120GB - Well you could ask why SSD and HDD together, well the plan is that i build it that way that SSD runs the OS and it's programs and functions.
HDD: HDD 1TB SATAIII WD Black 7200rpm 64MB
Video Card: GB N970G1 GAMING-4GD
Supply: PSU SEASONIC SS-620GB BRONZE
Box: Thermaltake VN900K1W2N Commander GS-II Black USB3

First of all, what will you be doing with that PC?
Secondly, learn the terms before building stuff - know what is what, why is it needed, what it does etc. There is case, not box. There is motherboard, not bottom (it's not even at the bottom most of the time).

Why did you pick Xeon processor? These are meant for servers and workstations, not for gaming or casual users.
Also, how much RAM are you getting? 2x 8GB + 16GB or am I understanding your wording wrong?

1. I am building it mostly for gaming but i would use it for other things too.
2. I know the terms but in Bulgarian, so i just told them how they are in my language.
3. I got told that this processor would b perfect for gaming.
4. You got my words worng i am get only 16gb.

Lmfao, a Xeon is for workstations and servers, not for consumers and games.

You got told wrong. They are terrible for gaming, infact they suck compared to my overclocked 4790k.

Go for an i5 if you stick to gaming. If you do video rendering/photo editing/3D stuff, then go for i7. Xeon is too much for normal consumers (and is lacking certain stuff).
Here is a video of Xeon or i7.

Wrong. That Xeon is exactly the same as a i7 4770 , Only difference being that it doesn't have a iGPU so it should (theoretically) be a couple bucks cheaper.

And the loss of overclocking possibility on Intel k-series processors.

But gaining vPro, VT-d and other useful virtualization technologies that are dropped on K chips.
