We, GCM, plan to limit weapons to only those who meet all the physical and mental requirements to have one.


IDEA
The idea of GCM is to ban certain use to civilians, and limit other firearms to licensed use only.

LICENSE TYPES
Class 0 ( No license )
Permits buying next items at AmmuNation shops:
- All meele weapons -
Police batton, katana, knife...





- Vests -
Medium armor
Heavy armor
Class I.
Permits usage of next firearms:
- Basic self-defense weapons -
9mm pistols

Class I. A
Class I. A allows attachment of certain accessories such as silencers.

Class II.
Permits usage of next firearms:
- Hunting firearms -
Long-range rifles, shotguns


Class II. B
Class II. B permits attachment of certain accessories such as scopes.

Class III.
Class III. permits usage of armor-piercing handguns and submachine weapons.
Tec 9, SMG, Micro-SMG



Class IV.
Class IV. weapons are restricted to sport usage only (e.g. shooting ranges) and governmental authorities ( SAPD divisions, Defense units, FBI... )
Assault Rifles and armor penetrating handguns



OBTAINING A LICENSE
Your local police department is your licensing authority and can provide the forms and information needed to apply. We advise you to contact your Local PD before any actions are taken. They will identify the conditions that must be met before a firearms license is issued.

Imagined process of obtaining a license:
#1 Filling an application form with basic details
#2 Training with a firearms professional
#3 Background check
#4 Contacting your PD with confirmation that you have passed all the previous 3 steps in order to be granted a license

Players should not be limited in what they can or can't do. I know everyone these days has AK's but yeah, thats just how it is.

Yes, Section II, Ordinance II indeed allows you to bare weapons. But we aren't trying to remove Ordinance II. We aren't trying to ban guns from people. We are just trying to decrease the death rate. One aspect of that is making sure that people who are dangerous and aren't meant to have a firearm don't get access to a firearm(s).

We, GCM, Would like a permission to close the traffic in Pershing Square in order to have a peaceful protest.
