It was the year 1989, and the Highway Runners were on top of their game, they had Palomino Creek locked down and conquered. What they hadn't known, was that as soon as 1990 came around, also came a new order. Almost immediately the Government and the whole of Los Santos Police enforcements were jumping on the Runners everywhere and trying to push the Highway Runners completely out of San Andreas!
In the late winter of 1991 all the remaining Runners who weren't locked up or dead were silently ambushed in the middle of the night in their home town of Palomino Creek. During all the commotion they hadn't hit the club house, where only three of the Runners remained, The President, Founder And Vice President. The runners burst out of the club house back door straight onto their bikes and set off into the Icy cold night with no thought of return in the near future.

The year is 2002, the remaining Runners and some new recruits are posted up in a remote location in Bone County. The President and Founder decide to go on a covert operation to Palomino after all these years, to see how things have turned out and if the heat is off them.
As soon as they crossed over the border of Bone County to Red County everything looked fine, modern, but fine. They made it to Palomino unscathed but pulled up outside the bridge to the town. All that was in sight were police cars and "city lookin' people". Quickly, they fired up their Freeway engines and sped off towards Bone County with no hope in getting the chapter back. On the way back through they had to stop through a small town called Montgomery for fuel and a bite to eat. Upon arrival to the town, they had noticed a fair amount of town-folk abandoning their homes and packing the cars to go. The President approached the service station owner and asked what all the fuss is about in the town, he simply replied "Those god-damn mobs buyin' out all the legit business for their launderin' it's forced us all out of work!". You could see a small smirk on the President and founders faces as they sped off back home to tell the rest of the crew the news.

In 2005, the Runners made their return to Red County, taking ownership of Montgomery and began pushing the dirty business out of the town. These days you can see Montgomery thriving and growing looking better than ever thanks to the Runners. Their work in Montgomery will not be finished until they can take back what is theirs!

It's 2012, Red County has been secure for a long while, the runners stronghold in the area has become unparalleled. The stability of the county has enabled the club to gradually venture into the city of Los Santos. The Runners see that there is big business to be done in and around the cities docklands. Long time brothers and allies Angles of Death have begun to take issue with the Runners soaking up business opportunities. Club meetings have taken place but have done more damage than good. An impending conflict between the two club seems imminent. The streets of Ganton and Ocean Docks are much more quiet than usual the news of a potential war is spreading...




President
The President is the chapter leader and is responsible for all club proceedings and overseeing all club operations. He is the clubs figurehead and is usually the spokesman when dealing with the police or the media. Any club plans must be voiced to the President at club meetings.

Vice President
The Vice President is second in charge and has a responsibility to maintain all major business deals and connections to the club. It’s his job to make sure that matters passed at club meetings are carried out satisfactorily. If the President is away, the VP takes on full Presidential responsibilities.

Founders
Part of the founding members group of the club. These are members that were some of the very to guide the club to its begining. Respected along with the VP and President, these members do much of the behind the scenes work.

Sergeant at Arms
The Sergeant at Arms enforces club procedures and maintains order at club meetings. The sergeant is in charge of security at gang events and he is responsible for bringing rival gang activity to the Presidents attention. The sergeant looks after the gangs’ firearms and other weapons.

Nomad
The Nomads are selected by the President to become "rogue" members of the club. They are not bound by a patch (must use Firstname_Lastname format if tagless), and have proven themselves to be great representatives of the club. They are responsible for promoting the club out on the road mainly in recruitment. You may request to become a Nomad to the President at any club meeting.

Enforcer
The Enforcer is responsible for any club disputes, inside the club or with another gang. They are the most psychotic and dangerous members of the club, they also respresent the club in  "bareknuckle boxing" for prize money.

Road Captain
The Road Captain is in charge of logistics during a club run. He plans the route and organises refuelling stops etc. The Road Captain rides at the front and leads the pack with the president.

Patch Members
Patchmembers are members of the club who have earned the right to wear the clubs colors, after a suitable period spent “prospecting”.  They take part in the running of the club and attend the clubs meetings

Life Member
Life members have the right to take part in the running of the club, however, their attendance at meetings and club events isn’t compulsory. Life members retain their patch even though they may no longer take an active part in the gang. Some life members retire although they are still technically part of the gang until they die

Prospects
A Prospect is a “prospective” member of the club who is yet to earn his patch. Prospects are expected to do what they are told and follow the orders of patchmembers. They must be prepared to engage in illegal activities to prove their loyalty to the club. Prospects have no voting rights and do not attend meetings unless invited in.

1. Respect all members, regardless of ranks.
2. Always obey orders from the highest ranking member around at the time.
3. Refrain from scamming unless involved in a roleplay situation.
4. Obey all the server rules at all times, no matter what.
5. You have to own at least one Freeway or Wayfarer etc.
6. Do not make decisions for the club without the clubs permission.
7. Sometimes prospects may be new(ish) to the server. Be nice and teach them how it's done, think how you got started.
8. If you are engaged in a roleplay scenario there is no exit, non-RP gaming and anti social behaviour will not be tolerated.
9. No disclosing club information to outside parties.
10. Even if your name is a Firstname only (eg. {HR}Stof) you must have a firstname_lastname (eg. Christof_Parch) and story on your mind for your character when entering roleplay situations.

The application process can also be fully in-character. Create a character, choose some appropriate clothing and approach club members in a realistic manner. There is no way of knowing how club members will respond to your approaches....If you come with the right attitude and show signs of loyality, you will generally be considered a potential prospect.
