May I know why isn't this ban being investigated properly? I'm saying it was a mistake and get denied because Cyril "doesn't believe me". I've already provided you with countless explanations of how the situation occurred and that I'm sorry for what happened as yes, it was a mistake from my side, but not intended.
Am I doing this right? Or do I have to always beg and cry for an unban as you guys are indeed saints who are exempt from making mistakes?
