The most important command....

Hello,

As you may have noticed quite possibly the most important command in the server, /help, is no longer working as intended. This is because the panel was the server for the /help command and the panel was developed and hosted by Gimli. With Gimli's departure we know the panel's removal was inevitable and had already been in the planning stages to replace it. Unfortunately, the panel going down this quickly was not in our thoughts, so admittedly we were caught off guard.

It will not take me long to reproduce the /help functionality, however, in the mean time I ask you the players to help one another out... and extend that help especially to new players who really do depend on that /help command.

Thanks in advance for those who extend the curiosity to new players, help welcome them, and aid them during this time.

I'm always available to help you out. Unexpected removal of the help command won't change anything as the players are more than any command.

We still have all the data as the panel was connected to the main database remotely. Should just need to reproduce it in node.js; which won't be too challenging.

The NDA we sign is very specific, it's only once our code (that scripters write) hit's Argonath's servers that it becomes the intellectual property of Argonath. Since Gimli was hosting the panel off Argonath's server... he still holds the intellectual property rights and full control over the panel.

This can be used for good roleplay situations.For example,
If a law breaker didn't commit a big crime,he can be sentenced for some community work instead of jail,and the community work is to help newcomers since the /help feature is broken.Maybe I overexaggerate,but those are my thougts.Hopefully it won't take long rewriting it again,cheers.
