It means you should stop ban evading. You might even be lucky the serial ban was put on before you could ban evade any more getting you permanently banned.

Abusing passenger seat as suspect. Easy as that. Due former behavior and lots of punishment for rulebreaking (I've issued few talks with him personally and already warned him about that) I've decided to ban him. Easy as that.

Yes you did. You can ask other police officers who were there. But I am sure JC will provide the logs.
