I have to say both even though you said you can only pick one. Get at least an i5 - 4690K if you can afford it.

The ram should be upgraded next. You did mention you want to run multiple stuff, and I think you may want to upgrade the RAM instead. I'm running 6GB right now and it's enough to run SA:MP and another game at the same time.

Lastly, for the biggest performance jump, get a SSD.

An SSD won't increase the gaming performance, it'll just decrease the loading time of some games, if you even use it for games which is not suggested.

Get the I5 first, then go for the RAM. I'd go for a good jump though, get 16 or 32 in one go if you can.

Save up until you can afford both CPU and RAM (you'll probably need a new motherboard aswell, not sure).

Updating your CPU and leaving 4 GB RAM makes up a bottleneck with the low amount of RAM. Upgrading your RAM only would create a bottleneck with ur CPU not being able to handle the load, if you do happen to get a few programs running while gaming.

If you want to upgrade your PC, please do make sure your PC won't have bottlenecks, as that renders the other more powerful components worthless because they cannot reach their full potential.

And as Brian mentioned, SSD won't increase your performance while gaming, only make the load times shorter (by quite a bit)

I suggest you to buy a new pc, since hardware is ridiculously expensive in Tunisia.. I'll drop you a nice website for electronics tomorrow if i remember. :P

Yeah That's right , it's Expensive , But I am supposed to do so , Because Not even worst as Buying a New Gamer PC
Will try to do as Brian said , Buy an i5 and then go for The Ram , Step by Step , as i told you first i am not able to buy Them both , But i am sure that is the better way to do not Put a Big amount on Upgrading my PC
Thank you anyway
