You can get passport by applying on the COL Topic Using the form given in the first page.

Study the given materials in the first page of the topic and when you are ready contact a /COL for your exam ( After they note your Application ).

After you get your Passport apply for Driver's License on the Second SSDS Topic using the form given on the first page.

Passport is required for the Driver's license.

You will get your Driving Lessons and Exam in game. Contact one of the /dt for that ( After they note your Application ).
