So why was he banned.

He hasn't made the attempt to post an unban request for his latest ban. As I said this was posted before I had actually issued a ban under his name. But as for the ban I issued, he was reported for carjacking Rick_GvardiaT, I froze him and asked him why he carjacked the referenced player, and he stated, "because I hate this server." and "I hate team_arslan." Therefore I banned him, he had no intention of following the rules and that was apparent by his response to my question why he was breaking the rules in the first place. Hope this clears everything up.
