Problems with PC

Ok here it goes. A months ago when i played VC and SA there had no lag for me and everything was running just as perfect, I say that my PC isnt some kind of good one its real old, So most of players whos playing on Argonath SA:MP knows that im lagging alot as massive and the massive lagg comes when im together with alot of people or in some action like chase or shooting. So when i play gta VC at the moment... i can be there maybe 2 minutes and when i do some fast move like with mouse move or crashing my car into tree the PC is just doing restart... Im wondering that whats going on, Before it was all good ran perfect but now its messed up Tought maybe someone of you guys can help me out or give some good advice what to do?

Reinstall windows,

Do not download limewire(or any music).
Do not download 100's of unnecessary things.

You have a virus, and possibly 100's spyware on your PC...

reinstall windows, clean up hard drive, open case and clean dust, it causes heat bildup = slower performance...
