Younes's avatar explains it all about free cops when they see a rulebreaker(not a lawbreaker). They suspect him for that rulebreak than chase him. Oh, and I noticed some free cops jail suspects who turned out to be innocent after investigation. I remember my first days, when I ruined an investigation only for money... Facepalm.

Just keep digging for your true purpose in life! That is, of course, what you deeply want and have dreamed of your entire life! Just, don't waste it on becoming a replica of someone... We are really UNIQUE how we are.
