Before this incident took place I was playing the game suddenly it stopped working, I re-logged but I wasn't able to join when I saw the name list my name was in the name list, but I wasn't in the game I refreshed the server several times When my I saw my name isn't there then I joined the server and got banned.

I was confused at that time because I got the login box

Can I just get the permission to enter the server without changing the IP maybe I would succeed logging in?
