All effects were made by me in Corel PHOTO-Paint 8 using only blurs, impression-effect, gradient filling, lens flare effect, some brush tool and a few other fx. Car pictures taken from this photoblog or googled.

A: It's for any graphics program. You can draw it even in MS-Paint, but you'll need some .gif animation maker to put it into one piece (PhotoShop can make animated .gif images, i think).

Note: I use COREL PHOTO-Paint 8 (from 1997  )

I have noticed on your sig you have a white line around the car, i dont why this is, its something to do with the change of colour on the forum backgrounds, I got rid of that white line by saving it as .PNG rather than .GIF ... Maybe you should try it, see if it works

The white bits were because .gif doesn't support semi-transparency i guess.
