The last situation I got into was that I was having a drugsdeal, the guy scammed me and shot me. I /q'ed after I died because my parents were calling me and relogged to report him because I wasn't able at first.

I requested the ban on you for avoiding admin punishment after breaking server rules by /qing. You got reported for carkilling 18:55:23 and I took the report and began to spec you. You were carkilling/carparking Tashiro_Kimura and before I could freeze him to save him, you killed him. The exact second you killed him, you quit and I didn’t get a chance to speak to you. Hence, you are now banned for avoiding admin punishment after breaking a server rules.

First off all; Yes, I'm aware of the rules.
Second; Please explain me why I wasn't suspected after I got back In game, because I know that if someone gets carkilled, the person who carkilled would get suspected straight away by the script itself.
If it was the case that I was carkilling, Arslan should have taken the right choice by freezing me, not him. Then he would have the chance to talk to me and I wouldn't even think about quitting the server since I know that will make everything worse.
I can confirm that I ran him over, but I didn't kill him as I mentioned before. I got back in game to report him for DM (He shot me right after the drugsdeal happened and after he scammed me) and got offline again after that, I didn't even had an idea that an admin was going to talk to me so why would you see it as /q to avoid admins... The admin had not approached me yet when I logged off, so it is absurd that '/q to avoid administration' gets mentioned in my ban. I can't see what admins are doing up there high in the sky.
I even reported the guy the DM but that report didn't even get handled. If he was being approached by an admin, he shouldn't be 'dead' by now.
How am I supposed to defend myself if I get shot at, the only thing I had as an option was to run him over, without killing him.

I hope this will clear the situation up, it was all out of self defence. He scammed me, shot me, I ran him over. Simple as that. Don't expect me to go down and lose possible weapons I am carrying etc. without a fight. Admins shouldn't look at one side of the story but both. I suggest you to contact Tashiro_Kimura and listen to his side of the story.
