Ok, since i didn't entered in a bizz for 3 months but im active IG Rusty came and sold my property, then i asked him why he did that, he told me to be more active, how i can be more active if i'm very active ig and use the property everyday when i log in? then came MarioSoprano, i was purchasing the bizz and he stole it on my face and i asked him the bizz back and he didn't gave me, that bizz is really important to me and Rusty came and sold it like was nothing, i may ask why rusty sold it? because soprano asked him to? since i remember if the owner goes inactive he is able to sell it not because the owner doesn't entered inside of it, the interior of bizz was for RP since i can't buy anything from inside.

No Soprano didn't ask me so you can toss that bullshit to the side, player's knew I was selling properties last night since everyone was running around making sure their's was active when they saw me selling a few earlier on.  Then you come on started complaining in chat and being a asshole towards Mario for buying it, you want to act like that then find a server that is going to tolerate it.

Yeah, its the second time Mario stole me a property, first he stole me Missionary Hill now he stole that and acts like what he acted with me, im sorry if yesterday my GTA CD wasn't working and i haven't the chance to come online to re-enter in the building to keep it, yeah now turn yourself to my side and a admin came and sell your building which one you fighted 3 years to get that agaisn't the rival group and now got sold? how would you react? and its needed a ban? temp ban or a kick dont solve that? i find it funny people that DM etc only gets a kick but a guy pissed off gets a ban that's very right

im not trying to be sarcastic i'm just pissed off because since 2009 never got banned but only in this 2 months its the second time i get banned, for things without importance just because i argued

Can you post there the chat log when i insulted a admin? because i can't remember i was pissed off and i don't have the chat logs, i wasn't thinking on what i said if we're talking on this ban

You don't get to decide or even have a say on what punishment would have been better, you're the player not the staff member.  If all you're going to do is complain over a lost property that has no real value and provoke the person who bought it then you ain't the kind of player we want to have around the server.  Until you formally apologize to Mario and myself for acting the way you did you can stay banned.  In future just remember we will revoke your right to play here indefinitely if you carry on again.

I know my behaviour wasn't the best, i was mad i know i did bad things when i got banned in public chat and via PM with MarioSoprano, i said alot of things that i shouldn't say to Mario also to Rusty, i might said something that offended Admin team but wasn't on purpose insult admin team, about Mario i was really pissed off because he acted like "idk nothing, the building is mine", im really sorry for what i've done and said, wasn't correct.
Since 2009 i play on Argonath Server meet alot of people, and since then i never left, its been my home since 2009, i already played on another community's i will not lie, but i always came back to argonath, i left with the rs5 but in the end i came back again and since then i never left the server, with this i want to say, i will not say i cant live without argonath that's a life because i have real life too, but when i dont have nothing to do i love to stay in argonath walking around, on forums in server, speaking with my friends from server etc... Argonath is a really important part in my life, its been a long 6 years since the first day, i always tried to follow every rule, never got banned, ever ban on my IP was my brother (Benjamin_Marques), i dont have a clear punishment story, i had alot of kicks, tempbans, now 2 bans in this year, but i really would like to put it behind and learn from my mistakes and be a better guy in the server, without rage without grudge, just having some fun with anothers, i feel i learned alot from this ban and i really dont want to continue banned.

@Rusty feel free to PM me anything you want to discuss with me, i already noticed we're not the best friends, and i already noticed you dont really like me, if possible we can discuss that, because i always saw you like a good guy since the times you were [i9]Rusty_Culver, or SWAT times, i remember you from the past and i always tried to be a rper and a guy like you, with this i dont want to lick any ass, i'm just saying that im open to discuss everything
Also i want to apologize for the form i spoke with you in main chat, i didn't respected you as a player neither admin, im sorry for my acts and everything i made during the ban.

I don't hold grudges over a game but if you think acting like a child over a property and provoking others is something you can get away with then you might want to re-think that.  I might be a asshole but am a asshole that punishes those that rulebreak and if you or anyone don't like that then that's really tough shit.  Start acting your age not your shoe size and you'll find that playing here will be so much easier when you aren't doing anything to attract attention from server staff.
