Mulholland Intersection Wrong Rampers Now Face Felony Charges

Act III: Due to the danger of driving accidents on the roads of our nation, the speed limits are 80 Kilometers an Hour inside cities and town limits, 120 Kilometers an Hour on roads outside of the city and town limits, and there shall be no speed limits on highways, though, driving recklessly, or not driving on the right side of the road is still a punishable offense. Law prescribe a fine of a maximum of 250 dollars for any road infraction. The city limit is defined by an area of 300 meters around the last local street.
   III.I: Reckless driving understand any form of driving that could endanger other citizens. Under such circumstances, a police officer is allowed to take necessary actions.

The constitution says it all. Wrong Ramping is reckless driving and endangers other citizens and police officer are allowed to take necessary actions. Any wrong ramper for now on will not receive a ticket anymore. They will be charged with a felony and a free ride to jail!

Driving on the wrong ramp is no way different than driving on a left lane of a regular road. So you should do things the normal way and attempt to do a traffic stop first. Stop looking for lame reasons to insta suspect people. This is  a RP server, not a CnR at least try to engage a traffic stop to promote RP instead of a Police Chase which ends in a shoot out.

The articles described above are ambigous to say the least. The constitution is full of them and needs a proper rewrite.

The idea of jailing drivers who endanger citizens isn't bad tho.

We do not suspect people anymore. We only use /su when inside a PD or officer/civilians are in danger.

Good luck trying to flog that considering the act itself requires officers to prescribe a fine. Maybe take them to jail if they repeat more then 3 times but the act itself says "Law prescribe a fine of a maximum of 250 dollars for any road infraction." I was under the impression that you would want to fine people first before immediately sending them to jail? Prevention before Enforcement...

I don't have to argue with anyone about this issue.

Just to clarify.

This is only applying to the Mulholland Intersection of wrong rampers.

Act III states we are to ticket up to $250 dollars for any road infraction. However, this is where Act III.I comes into play to where we can "take necessary actions" to the driver such maybe as roleplaying revoking licenses. Keep in mind with the new system of ARPD, there is no suspection for evading traffic stops any more so you can't argue roleplay as there will still be roleplay involved.

Let me get something else cleared up, I feel that citizens of Argonath are confusing roleplay and non-roleplay scenarios with the events that don't happen their way. For example, you point a weapon at a person. The person ROLEPLAYs taking out a weapon and aims it at you. At this point, What does everybody do in Argonath? They complain that that person pulls a gun out. Why? Because the scenario doesn't go your way. 

Now back to subject, you guys think that I should conduct a traffic stop every time because it is the roleplay way, right? No, like the example above when the situation doesn't go into your favor you start complaining that it is non-roleplay. Now with this type of situation there is a thing called Felony Traffic Stops and that is pure roleplay they do it in real life so I don't want anybody to be complaining about it.

I have had enough with people wrong ramping the ticket system is not working, so therefore I will abide by Act III.I take "Necessary Action" and charge people with a felony for wrong ramping.

If you have a problem with being arrested or have an issue with this then don't use the wrong ramp. It is that simple!
