Which would you prefer:

. Drastically reduce the value of the current casinos so they realistically affordable.
. Keep the value's of the casino's as they are so they most likely won't ever be owned.
. Switch them to state owned and offer player's the ability to rent the casino's for a monthly fee in return for ownership.

(for the last one inactive properties rule will apply here as-well)

I don't know what the business script will bring for Casino's as whispers go entries were to be removed in return for profit being gained from purchased items inside the business.  Casino's right now have no items to purchase aside from drinks or food we can offer but even that list is relatively small.  Burgers, Chicken and Pizza are the only items available as of now.  We'd like to see casino's running and being a place people can role-play inside as either owner, pit boss or even just a customer who's looking to score big on a game of BlackJack.  Future may bring more casino games but it's unknown what the developers plan we did hear /dice was to return but nothing's came of it yet.

Even if we reduce the price they are likely to be above 4-6 Million at best which is still a large amount.

I can't give an opinion without knowing how casinos will operate.

Mr Cofiliano how can you deny that we had any relation or intercourse, while you are prosecuting me?

I can't see them being anything but a place to go and gamble, if entry fee's are gone them am very skeptical that they will even anything unless owners employed staff who would hand over a percentage of their take.

Decreasing prices from 2-8 million is great. I would also like to see small versions of casinos(which could be around 500k-2m) being used by players as well.
Casinos should mainly benefit from entry fees(500/1k a person sounds profitable). They could also apply fees per game, such as 1% or 5% of the bet, as well as keeping the lost bets(which adds the requirement of casino owners hiring dealers, and not general civilians going in and dealing).

I vote for leasing out those businesses for players for a monthly fee! Profit should come from entrance fees or from a percentage per game.

Most likely we will lease the casino's out and not add any more to the game.  Still to draw up plans on how people can lease them and prices etc but won't take more than a few days.  Just keep a eye on the Cityhall section of the forum.

Although I never been much into gambling, I believe the best suited option is:
Switch them to state owned and offer player's the ability to rent the casino's for a monthly fee in return for ownership.

This due all players will have an equal chance to make something out of Casinos.

PS: Change this into a Vote/Poll.

Lower the price. Larger casinos should still be north of 10-20 millions.
