  Im a new player to ivmp and i was playing this amazing server for more than two day. Im now register and right now i dunno if im posting in the right section. I just want some help on this forum. Im looking for a section to post for licence. Thx.

Hello Stacked,
First, you need to apply for passport. You need to be registered in the server for 7 days. After you reach your 7th day, you can apply here ( click me ) by copying the form from the first page of the topic ( application form ) and replying to the topic, and filling it with your answers/information. Your application will be noted and you will get your Passport exam in-game. You can find the materials that you need for the exam in the first page. Make sure to study them well before the exam.

For the driving license, you need the Passport to apply for it. After you get your passport, apply for driving license here ( click me ). Copy the form from the first page and reply to the topic with the form that you copied. Fill your answers/information and wait until it gets noted. You will receive your driving lesson and exam in game.
