If I can ask you "How many seeds can we plant in one field and how will it funtion for multiplie people" "What's the limit of seeds that someone can plant at one time?"

Unlimited amount, there are few conditions though:

-Must be a field you can grow at.
-Each plant must be planted 10 m away from the other plant.
-idk more.

No. Commands on the test server are restricted to developers until the system is fully finished. This allows the system to maintain integrity while it's being developed.

I noticed the "Grams of Weed" "Grams of heroin" and "Cannabis Seeds" items so I thought it was added for testing or something. Meh.

Yes, the items are there for testing but the commands and features are limited to developers for the period of development. There are lots of dev commands you don't have access to because they aren't ready yet.
