Heroin script suggestion:
Idea: Add several NPCs all over San Andreas and place them most likely on piers/docks.
How to order: You walk to an npc and write /orderheroin. Once you have done that, window with different kind of offers pops out (like the old trucking script pretty much).
Options to choose: Once you have opened the window, there are several options. Each of the different deliveries has 4 different things: Time waiting, amount of heroin, price per gram and delivery spot.
Example: delivery in 16 hours - 1 kilogram of heroin - 100 000$ - Ocean Docks.
After choosing an option, amount of cash you chose to pay is removed from your hands. After the period mentioned in the option you selected, a crate spawns on the spot the NPC gave you, and NPC also appears there and you can order again.
Player is only limited to have one active order at a time.
Order list refreshes every 30 minutes - 1 hours.
This is just something i came up, i'd like to see what others think about this idea.
