If you paid more attention you would see that these changes will never happen or are already going to happen, or maybe even happened. These are not ideas, really.



Heroin:

Is ordered at docks/sewers at an NPC. Requires no notoriety to order.

/orderheroin would open a dialog:

SizeAmountTime
Small Package15-24 grams6-8 minutes$   750
Medium Package25-34 grams9-12 minutes$1,500
Large Package35-45 grams14-15 minutes$2,000
Injection$   500

Upon usage of heroin you will shortly get the red-weather kind of effect for 7-10 seconds. After that you will be given 5 armor. Heroin will make you addicted after using it two times. After you've become addicted for 10 minutes, the effect will kick in and you'll first lose the armor. After that, you'll start running/walking slower than normal ( if this is possible ). When moving ( walking or driving ) you should have the heroin effects as in RS4. In order to stop the effects after you have become addicted, you need to take an injection that would last for 45 seconds, or keep using /use heroin. This is for those that need to run to a hospital, where you can get cured by a medic using /treataddiction ( one CMD to cure them all! ) and it would cost you $250/addiction. Don't make a lot of spots for heroin and keep 2/3 active at a time.



Meth:

Meth should be crafted and can not be bought from NPCs ( unless you're going to implement a system like MTA, which I doubt? ). Meth should give you COMBAT RESISTANCE. Meaning, you take -5 dmg from all the weaponry used against you, unless it's RPG. I don't know what effects could you come up with for meth, but needs to be something different from the heroin/weed ones.



Weed:

I like the plans you have for weed and I say keep it that way. Weed shouldn't have any effects on the environment, just make you walk slower for 120 seconds as soon as you use it and give you 10 hp. Though, you'll need more time to get addicted from smoking weed, and not immediately as it is now.


Mr Cofiliano how can you deny that we had any relation or intercourse, while you are prosecuting me?

-5 hp from guns? That's just useless, something like 25% less damage.
Addiction should have a good and bad side, the good one is that the more you use, the less drunk/bad weather you get and the bad one is that you'll have to use it more often the more you get addicted to.

I have no idea how much dmg weapons make so -5dmg was just an example to show what I meant, as I only know that Deagle does 47dmg and nothing else.
