The state expects a lot of immigration to Vice City on Saturday, 25 July 2015. To cope with the security concern, all police officials are required to report to the Airport for intense checking of all arriving passengers.
Airport Security Scan:- Officer's are requested to report in Police Uniform #2(P.I.G Skin). An exception is senior staff, supervisors, SWAT Crowd Control, FBI Agents.
- Requirement:
- Identity Validation Officer
- Baggage Inspection Officer
- Language Expert Officer - Spanish, Urdu
- FBI Interrogation Agent
- Crowd Control SWAT Operative
- Transport/Guides
- Maintain Crowd: Passengers are required to maintain a strict queue at the Airport Upper Bridge. The crowd control operatives will ensure this. The passengers need to wait until their turn for investigation.
- Checkpoint #1:(Upper level escalators) The Identity Validation officer accompanied by a language expert would inquire about the civilian's identity and verify it with their passport. If no discrepancy is found, guide the civilian to baggage inspection at Checkpoint #2. In case of an identity issue, guide them to the FBI Interrogation Agent to investigate further.
- Checkpoint #2:(Lower level exit gates) The Baggage Inspection officer would X-Ray scan the civilian's baggage and identify any illegal items being carried. If any illegal item is found, seal and pack that item for police inventory and guide the civilian to the interrogating FBI Agent. If the baggage is clean, guide the civilian to one of the yellow cab parked outside the airport.
- Transport/Guide:(Air port parking) The taxi service is funded by the government for this project. Registered drivers will be pre-paid an amount to conduct these services. The drivers would need to take the passenger to their requested location. They are requested to exhibit the famous Miami hospitality by acting as a guide. This includes showing them landmarks, Government buildings, job opportunities and not kidnapping them.
Rewards:- All Police personnel assisting with this event will receive $5000 from the government. The amount will be issued after the event.
- All Taxi Drivers/Guides will receive $250 upon completion of a route. Under no circumstances, the taxi driver shall charge the civilians. Car pooling is encouraged.
- Admins will be giving welcome money to all civilians co-operating with the event. The amount will vary depending on the level of effort put in.
