Court of Vice City Fiat justitia.

In preparation for version 3.0 of the server, the court system will be undergoing extensive reforms, mostly following the previous framework and discussion. In order to get the court system back in working order, I will be serving as permanent Chief Justice.

Effective immediately, the list of members of the court system has been effectively wiped. Previous topics listing judges, lawyers, and councilmen stated that there were no members aside from one lawyer, and who is and is not a member of the court system is entirely unclear. In order to make sure everyone here is active and in good standing, all court members will need to reapply in order to regain their ranks.

Here are other things that were discussed earlier that have now been implemented:

Business protections
A thread has been devoted to future trademarks that may be filed so that business owners may check what has been registered and when their holdings will expire.

Logo
We have one now. What is this a logo of? The Argonath, actually. The United States of Argonath flag serves as the background.

Recruitment
Recruitment has been restarted with a clean slate and a new thread.

Cleaning up old information
The old information thread has been brought up to date regarding court structure and members, and a new thread about what the court has to offer has also been set up.

This thread exists as a discussion thread for these reforms and any other suggestions that should be implemented.
