1.This is a criminal based game.
2. Criminals tracks other criminals more, then law enforcement does. You got /mpc right? The RHL has been made like 30 minutes minimum, if I'm not mistaken. What else you need?
1. That I hear for the first time, as far as I know it's a role-play server not exclusive to criminals, ergo, it should be balanced to everyone, not only the criminal side, which seems to be happening lately.
2. Let's say they do track each other more, so what? It doesn't mean anything, there needs to be another way for people, or at least law enforcement(so we can actually respond to 911s, kidnappings, etc.) to track people. And the "/mpc" you speak of, it does not help with tracking suspects, not a bit, currently it only shows all suspects online.
Why would no one respond on a 911 call? Its yours/theirs job to respond right? Its not like its a matter of personal will, are you gonna respond or not. Or it shouldn't be.
Because good luck finding where the 911 call comes from when it vaguely describes some crime with no location and you can track it to "Los Santos".

When the LEO's get script changes, criminals talk about unfairness.

Why do you need a script to track people?
You can find people pretty quickly with a helicopter actually... and as far as I know, SAPD has helicopters.

Just a note, some of those people don't speak for all law enforcment members, infact most people I've worked with in past few weeks are finding this a lot better.
As well it makes more sense for SAPD to actually utilize its special equipment and have a purpose for patroling the whole state.

simply call him back and ask the location? or just /pm if you have to, no big deal.

morever its the callers fault he didnt say the location, not yours.

/area is not rpish itself, like how is it possible you find someone out of nowhere... removing /area is a really better idea for example: a guy was called and threaten to get murdered, he can take his time to hide in someplace no one can see him and the guy with the threats can search for him, while if you use /area there is no place to hide.

I'm not a cop but I miss /area.

Pretty useful command to find players to start some RP with without having to tell them in /pm.

Also it was pretty useful to find your own exact location, who the F knows what ''Arco Del Oeste'' is anyway?

I learned all these little areas in the map through /area, so I think it'll be harder to locate yourself to others and familiarize yourself with all the names of the little places for newer players.

when you /area yourself, you should be able to see specifics, but not for anyone else.

If you want to interact with anyone you can simply call him. Why /PM? The removal of area it was a good thing which apparently increased the level of RP. A tracking system for the law enforcements wouldn't be bad at all in my opinion.

The night mare of all criminal and legal groups on Argonath since late 2010.

Well, whatever the method of contacting beforehand, the surprise is gone.

tbh it would be nice if /area and /rhl were gone totally for good.

Instead of criminals attempting to kill all the cops they see so they can escape they could simply try to lay low.
Maybe that way cops wouldn't be allowed to return after death?
And instead of showing all the suspects in /mdc, you have to search someone's criminal record and outstanding charges on /mdc during traffic stops, etc...

And maybe also add a command that allowed you to show your licenses and ID card. (Fake ID cards too?)

Because rarely does somebody mention his exact location in it.
Then I suggest that the representatives of the law, start a huge campaign, in game and on forums, to educated the population.
1. That I hear for the first time, as far as I know it's a role-play server not exclusive to criminals, ergo, it should be balanced to everyone, not only the criminal side, which seems to be happening lately.

It was unbalanced for 7 bloody years, and now its made realistically for both sides.

Please tell me what advantages does a criminal has when he needs to track and assassinate another criminal, comparing to when LEO has to track a criminal? You got state helictopers, state cars, state radio, patrols all over the place, what more do you need really?
2. Let's say they do track each other more, so what? It doesn't mean anything, there needs to be another way for people, or at least law enforcement(so we can actually respond to 911s, kidnappings, etc.) to track people. Check the start of my reply, that would solve the issue. Its up to you guys to point that out to people, I for one didn't knew that really. Or if that's too much for you guys (Al tough I don't see why it should be too much), then maybe scripters should add location of the place where the 911 call was made, but that's as far as it should go really.

You know there's actually a server in Argonath called Argo Stunt? You should try it out, it fits all your demands!

Your application has been denied!
