To be honest I though it was a group message, since his message was confusing, at first I didn't know what he meant then though he was talking at public chat using some rights, I did nothing wrong, I was trying to back away to avoid killing them but was pushed forward, waiting for your reply.

As I said I was driving the vortex and it was on fire, if I exited it it would have exploded on the people, so I tried to back away to die alone but I was pushed by another car.. The only message I saw was "why" which confused me..

I really was confused by your messages, that's why I didn't reply I though it was public messages.

Anyways mostly the misunderstanding is from my side, so I could see why you banned me, but I promise I didn't mean any mass DM, I've been in this server for a very long time and I know better than to mass DM or ruin an RP. I want to add that I have a clean record of punishments, this is my first punishment ever... So it's not like I'm DMing everyday or anything, as far as I remember, I don't even have a single warning.

In the future you need to pay attention to when an administrator is trying to reach you. I see no reason to keep you banned as long as you understand why this misunderstanding took place.
