A problem with GTA SA graphics.

If you are looking at the beach an the sky, you can see a changing with the game graphics.

How can I fix that?

You have a broken texture mod remove it.
Show a screenshot after doing so.

Remove some Cleo mods, and or the Tree mods you got, might be the draw distance as well.
