IVMP black screen

Hello,

After upgrading to Win10, I've installed back GTA IV and IVMP. GTA IV works like a charm but IVMP doesn't. When I run IVMP, it starts normally, follow up by a nice black screen, which I didn't know why it's happening. I need to Ctrl Alt Del and then logout to go back to my desktop view. I've tried all compatible modes and reinstall both GTA IV and IVMP, but it still doesn't work. Any valuable suggestions are appreciated.

You can try different variables other than 70.0, try from 1.0 even! It might work.

I've try different value but it doesn't work... But I can now exit the black screen by press the window button.

@Tho_mas & @TigerF2 Have you tried running IVMP as administrator or window modes?

Also if you haven't already, make sure to update all drivers.

I've tried all the compatibility work modes. With all the screen remains black. Except for Windows 98 / ME, because everything is black but the text at the bottom left with the version of IVMP appears. As Administrator, I also tried to start and my drivers and Windows updates are all up to date.

Same here Tiger, seems like we are having the exactly same problem.

Microsoft trouble solver is impressive, problem solved in just one sec using its tools 

Solution:
Cus I'm using Hong Kong version windows, so just ignore those Chinese words. 

Just check this option and it works normally!

Just upgraded to windows 10 and had the same problem. This worked for me too, thanks.
