If you are subscribed to @ArgonathRPG channel, you should see when it restarts now during the testing of our new system. After a restart it takes about a minute to start relaying back into the game. As of a few days ago the service automatically restarts in order to clear out any issues with the Telegram bots which tend to have undocumented errors, this in most cases will fix problems with the Telegram->In-Game relay. When I come back I can take a closer look at a resolution to this.

No, Telegram is regular messaging software allowing you to communicate with anyone in the world. It isn't limited to just our CB channels.

i know what is telegram, i was telling the ability to send messages from Telegram to in-game linked only with CB channels.
