There's no point in pursuing this if nobody's going to use it, just how much do people use the current island? Once a month?

Monkey is currently inactive, however the plans have not changed, as far as I know.

To be honest I don't think there is any point in continuing this, the current island that has been added is rarely ever used.

Considering the fact that Monkey is currently away with no word of him even coming back, I doubt this will be a thing.

The island would be useful when we can actually 'settle' in it with houses and businesses and please don't put ridiculous pricing on the properties afaik it was 470k for a typical idlewood house that I can buy for like 100k.

Let's not forget we can't set vehicles spawn there and damn , i've been falling twice the last time i entered (2months ago) in the ground and directly in water below the island once i went outside a house interior.. buggy and also is like made from aliens , it's a square shape , it should be a bit randomized in the corners and such.
Other than this it's a good idea to have a island exactly in that place of map.
